This dish is reminiscent of dining in an outdoor cafe in the south of France. Serve with crusty bread, and a nice chilled glass of white wine.

Skewered chicken tenders are brushed with a tropical mixture of pineapple juice, brown sugar, and soy sauce, and grilled.

These are a cookie version of the classic Austrian dessert. You can make them as cookie bars with a lattice top, or use cookie cutters.
